Good news - YES, we have formulated these to allow them to be used together.
Every dog is different and not all react the same way. Two things to try:
First, give it time - at least 3 weeks of consistent use. As a natural solution, it takes a while to build up in their system. You're unlikely to see significant results within the first few days.
Second, you can gradually increase the amount, one chew at a time, up to double the recommended serving size.
