At Healthy Petz, we stand behind every bottle we make. If you or your pet aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you're covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee — no hassle, no stress.


1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 60 days of your delivery date — even if the bottle is opened or used. We believe in giving every pet enough time to experience real results.

We cover refunds for:

  • Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Dissatisfaction with results within the 60-day period

Important: Results typically take 4-6 weeks as the collagen rebuilds your dog's skin barrier. We encourage giving the product a full trial before requesting a refund.

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 60-day window from confirmed delivery date. Requests made after 60 days will not be approved.


2. No Returns Required or Accepted

We do not require you to send the product back. Once your refund is approved, you may keep or dispose of any remaining product.

We do not accept returned shipments. Any products sent back to us will not be processed and cannot be refunded.


3. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


4. One Refund Per Customer

Our 60-day guarantee is limited to one refund per customer, per household. This policy exists to prevent misuse and ensure we can continue offering a generous guarantee to genuine customers.

Repeat refund requests from the same customer, household, or payment method will not be approved.


5. Orders Cannot Be Cancelled Once Shipped

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, redirected, or refunded until delivery. Our fulfilment process is automated and shipments leave our facility within hours of ordering.

If you no longer want the product, please wait to receive it and then follow our refund process.

Refused deliveries: If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, the full order value including shipping will not be refunded.


6. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next order ships. Once a subscription order has been dispatched, that shipment is subject to the standard refund policy above.

To cancel, email us at support@shophealthypetz.com before your next shipment is processed. Cancellations are effective immediately and you will not be charged again.


7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@shophealthypetz.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will reply within 12 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.


8. Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after 60 days from delivery date
  • Second or repeat refund requests from the same customer
  • Gift cards or final-sale items
  • Subscription orders already shipped (cancel before dispatch to avoid charges)
  • Refused or undeliverable packages
